A plugin for Autodesk Navisworks that automates the mechanical work of BIM coordination: property-driven selection and search sets, clash grouping, viewpoint colour-coding, reports and quantity take-offs.
Each module runs inside Navisworks as a dockable pane or a ribbon command, on the federated model you already have open.
A list of property rules becomes a nested breakdown of the federated model by level, discipline, system, contractor, phase or any property the model carries. Save the tree as sets, and rerun the rules after the next model update.
Navisworks Manage only
Pick any element to find every clash touching it and group them in one step. Rename results by status, test name or tolerance, and update the type, tolerance or name of every checked test at once while keeping their results.
The groups on one level of a grouping carry a colour in the model. Isolate or recolour groups, then export the tree as saved viewpoints that keep its folder structure and colours, ready before the coordination meeting starts.
Save Matrix writes the selection set folders to an Excel grid. Fill in the tolerances, and Load Matrix turns the grid back into clash tests. Navisworks Manage only.
Each group moves away from the others, one direction per grouping level and up to three axes, so every floor and every system sits apart. Transform overrides only, reset in one click.
Select anything in the model and see each selection or search set that contains it, nested folders included, with a status column for complete or partial coverage.
One rendered image per group, or a printable HTML report with a cover page, contents and one A4 page per group with four views.
Sum lengths, areas, volumes or any decimal property for every group, converted to the unit you pick, exported to Excel with a pivot summary or to CSV.
Export chosen properties per element to Excel or CSV, write spreadsheet values back onto matching elements, and copy Revit ids for Select by ID.
